This link will lead to more detailed information on that deity. If you happen to be a player in my game or any other game who's GM is using the world or Karador, please do not follow any of the * hyperlinks unless your character has a religion skill.
Greater Gods of Old Tzmyth- This is a cast of commonly worshipped deities in Old Tzmyth. All of them have awful reputations and are considered evil at best. Though once the backbone of the society of Old Tzmyth they are blamed, rightfully so, for many of it's ills and ultimately it's fall. Most governments and organizations in New Tzmyth actively discourage them and seek to destroy their worshipers and agents. This however has not completely stopped small pockets of their worship.
Lesser Gods of Old Tzmyth- This cast of Deity consists of gods who were or lesser power and influence in Old Tzmyth. Most are considered evil, but far less so than the Greater Old Gods. Ultimately they lack the blame upon them for the fall of Old Tzmyth. Their open worship is very much discouraged by most, but those known to practice are generally dealt with in a far more fair manner than those who worship the Greater Old Gods.
The Outer Gods- These are deities known to the people of Old Tzmyth academically but not worshipped. They were generally the gods of other people whom the Tzmythians knew, dealt with and studied. Today minimal veneration of them has begun based upon old texts which describe their belief structures and worship. Due to the general mistrust of gods by the people of New Tzmyth, their worship has not caught on too well, but the powers that be cautiously watch how these faiths unfold. In some places their veneration is outlawed, in others permitted but kept under suspicion.
New Gods- This class of deity is unknown historically or academically to the people of Tzmyth. Their veneration has begun based upon visions and other such revelations had by people in New Tzmyth. Their intervention is look at by outsiders from two general perspectives. The first being the one of general mistrust and suspicion of all religions and deities. The second one is of guarded optimism to finally have divine influence of a benign nature. Some more extreme and guarded fear these might simply be false faces presented by the Old Gods again trying to regain control of their errant children.
